International Samba Congress Europe (est. 2019) is presented by Praias do Isar Samba School (est. 2022 at TUM) & Irineu Nogueira Dance via Cria da Casa Kultur e.V.
Our vision is to create an event where every participant can connect with Samba dance and music to inspire and empower each other, and to promote inclusion by working together to establish constructive social relationships that expand the reach of Brazilian dance and music.
